Project management is responsible for integrating and coordinating an Agile development processes for the configuration, optimization and maintenance of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, Power Platform apps and AI Copilot Agents.  All while securing appropriate project resources, implementing effective communications, conducting proactive change management, and managing overall project execution.

Within a Managed Services or Project-Centric engagement, projects are kicked off with a high-level Discovery and Design workshop to validate the pre-sales discussions and proposal as a basis for the project plan and configuration workstreams. Agile allows for a increased stake shorter feedback cycle from clients supporting an environment of collaboration between project teams with the goal of managing user stories (use cases), facilitating an increased level of knowledge transfer, driving superuser empowerment, and ultimately garnering high levels of end-user adoption through better a design configured to user needs.

We work closely with our peers at Purely CRM, who have specific CRM skills for large complex enterprise CRM (Customer Service and Sales Enterprise) clients, to borrow their innovative ideas while delivering a more affordable value-based approach.  We use Azure DevOps as our project management tool of choice. Azure DevOps covers every step in the Dynamics 365 configuration and development lifecycle from planning, and capturing user stories - to configuration, development and, testing - to managing Change Management, training, deployment, and beyond. 

Business Priorities will be married with technical efforts following the guidance from the Endeavour Project Manager with input from applicable stakeholders. We will collaborate within an environment of trust to manage the scope, monitor budgets, review Change Requests, and allocate resources based on availability, backlogs, and interdependencies.
